I had a hair transplant a little over ten years ago. The donor area has all these little white scars which I understand to be the drill holes for how the grafts were harvested back then. Is there any way to get rid of them or at least improve them?
Answer:
The only way to improve them or remove them is with high quality scar revision work to surgically remove them, and then possibly grafting hair over the area for further camouflage.
