I swear I have the worst breasts on this planet. I am 25 years old and avoid intimacy and bathing suits and anything that will make me show my breasts. I would like an implant, probably saline. If I chose a certain cup size, can more saline be injected into the implant later to enlarge the cup size?

Some implants can be progressively filled over a short period of time usually a number of months until the desired size is reached.
